Michelle is a Christian clay sculptor who brings whimsical characters to life using air‑dry clays, acrylics, and pastels. Her work is known for its charm and meticulous detail—especially her beloved glitter‑kissed snowmen and holiday creations. Each piece features joyful personalities, chubby cheeks, and bright, welcoming smiles that capture the warmth and playfulness at the heart of her art.
She loves incorporating fine papers, hand‑sewn clothing, wool, tinsels, tiny word banners, and other carefully chosen embellishments. Whenever she can, she adds vintage elements for an extra touch of nostalgia. Glitter is one of her favorite finishing touches, and on select pieces she enhances the surface with shimmering mica flakes to create a soft, elegant sparkle.
Before discovering her passion for sculpting, Michelle designed cloth doll patterns—especially rag dolls and, of course, snowmen. Her business name was born during those early creative years. Although she no longer produces new patterns, she continues to use the name in honor of the wonderful community that grew from that chapter of her life. Many of her original designs are still available through Dollmakers Journey at www.dollmakersjourney.com..
Michelle creates with joy, gratitude, and a playful imagination. She hopes her work brings smiles, stirs sweet memories, and adds a little extra light to every home it enters.
Her handmade pieces are available here in her Shop.

Michelle is a licensed designer for Bethany Lowe Designs, where her original sculptures are taken to the Philippines to be carefully recreated and offered in boutiques and shops around the world
