Meet the Artist

Hi, I'm Michelle Allen! I am a Christian, deeply grateful to God for everything in my life. 🙏

I'm a wife, mother of two wonderful sons, grandmother to two amazing boys, and a proud dog mom to our two furry friends. 🐾

After living in Florida, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Kansas due to my husband's job, we are now back in our home state of Missouri. We love to travel, and I’ve cherished every adventure along the way—I highly recommend it! Life’s too short to stay in one place. ✨

I’m often asked where the name Raggedy Pants Designs came from. The answer? I originally started as a cloth doll pattern designer, creating many raggedy-style dolls—hence the name! As my artistic journey evolved from fabric to clay sculpting, the name simply stuck.

In 2012, I began teaching myself to sculpt art dolls and fairies, and by 2014, my focus shifted to holiday-themed pieces. In 2016, I signed with Bethany Lowe Designs as a licensed artist, bringing my creations to a wider audience.

I truly believe that joy and celebration make life special, and I feel incredibly blessed to create art that becomes part of those cherished holiday moments! ✨🎄🎃🐰
